Compuesto de 4 masas:
- Blanca
- Zanahoria: se sustituye la el agua y la leche por un pure de zanahorias. Se ajusta el agua en base a la textura del puré de zanahorias dependiendo de como haya quedado en función
de cada día. - Espinacas: Para hacer el de espinacas sustituimos el agua y la leche por un puré de espinacas (la espinaca en crudo, se tritura con agua no cocida porque sino oscurece y ennegrece).
- Cúrcuma y curry: Añadimos 10 gramos de curry y 30 gramos de cúrcuma en total 40 gramos que va adicional a la masa.
Ingredientes (Para 9 unidades)
- HarinaTradición Francesa / 3.229 gramos.
- Harina Floja Alba / 1.614 gramos.
- Agua / 1.421 ml.
- Leche / 1.421 ml.
- Aceite girasol / 549 ml.
- Azúcar / 145 gramos.
- Sal / 97 gramos.
- Levadura Masas azucaradas / 97 gramos.
- Antimoho harina fermenta / 65 gramos.
Proceso de elaboración
- Se prepara cada una de las masas en directo, no lleva autolisis.
- Reservamos cada una de las masas y dividimos en piezas de 250 gramos.
- A continuación formamos, lo metemos en molde y lo cocemos en el molde.
- La temperatura del horno a 230ºC durante 40 minutos.
